BioSeal Concrete Sealer is a permanent silicate based deep penetrating sealer which means that it is guaranteed to last for the life of your concrete because it chemically bonds to the concrete to become part of its integral structure. It is highly effective in making concrete physically stronger and denser protecting it against frost and salt while increasing its resistance to stains, acids, alkalis, moisture, mold and mildew. This product will cure damp and wet basements by preventing hydrostatic water from penetrating through the concrete. It will also stop dusting, efflorescence, spalling, pitting, crumbling and prevent mold, mildew and algae growth. The product will seal the concrete to significantly reduce the level of radon gas which is known to cause lung cancer by the EPA.

BioSeal Concrete Sealer can be used in all commercial and residential applications to treat damp or wet basements, concrete floors, walls, driveways, garages, warehouses, storage tanks, pipes, blocks, grout, mortar and stucco. It can also be used to extend the life of exterior wood including fences, patios, decks, cedar and wood shingles.

BioSeal Concrete Sealer is easy to apply using a low pressure sprayer. The surface to be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be oil and dust free to allow proper penetration of the product. It will cover approximately 200 to 400 square feet per gallon depending on the concrete porosity and two coats are recommended. Typically a 5 gallon pail will seal upto 1,000 square feet of poured concrete and two applications are required.

BioSeal Concrete Sealer penetrates through the capillaries of the concrete to a depth of up to 4" where it chemically neutralizes damaging chemicals to form a hard insoluble structure based on calcium silicate and calcium hydroxide. Unlike surface coatings this product will not be damaged by efflorescence or be worn down by heavy traffic because it is permanent.

BioSeal Concrete Sealer  leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application and the surface will not be slippery. This sealer is not a repellant coating so the concrete can be painted after it has been sealed with increased paint adhesion because the sealer neutralizes the alkalis in the concrete preventing saponification of the paint. Adhesives and epoxy coatings can also be applied over the sealed concrete with no adverse

effects.

BioSeal  XM2000

Concrete Sealer 02 is a higher concentration product than BioSeal Concrete Sealer 01. It creates the same chemical reactions within the concrete as BioSeal Concrete Sealer 01 and it has the same coverage rates and application procedures.

Concrete Sealer 02 has been specifically designed to seal very porous concrete or cinder blocks. This product is also recommended for poured concrete if the concrete is more than 10 years old or if signs of seepage or damage such as dusting and efflorescence are already evident. It is also recommended that this product is used on outdoor concrete surfaces which may be exposed to severe weather conditions.

Concrete Sealer 02 leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application and the surface will not be slippery. BioSeal Secure Seal XM3000

BioSeal Secure Seal water-based high performance penetrative masonry water repellent. The product is free of solvent and hazardous ingredients. BioSeal Secure Seal forms a hydrophobic barrier beneath the surface and seals out moisture while remaining highly vapor permeable. It will chemically bond with the substrate. The visual appearance of the treated surfaces will show nominal or no change resulting from product application. The benefits include enhanced resistance to efflorescence, freeze thaw damage, cracking and spalling. Cured system is resistant to ultraviolet light and may be used as a sealer for surface coatings. When applied as directed, BioSeal Secure Seal is used to protect and maintain bridges, parking garages, airport pavements, industrial plants and other concrete structures

An effective alternative to conventional solvent-based silanes or siloxanes, BioSeal Secure Seal penetrates and chemically bonds deep within the masonry substrate to provide long-lasting protection against water related staining or deterioration.
